The Commissioners Court meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at approximately 9:00 AM in the Commissioners Courtroom at the Midland County Courthouse, 500 N. Loraine St, Midland TX 79701.

Terry Johnson serves as County Judge through December 2026. The Commissioners Court also includes Commissioners Charles Hall (Pct 1), Jeff Somers (Pct 2), Steven Villela (Pct 3), and Dianne Anderson (Pct 4).
